We heard today that we now have our building permit! Yeay! That's Planning Approval, check! Building Permit, check!
We thought that would be it and we'd be able to start building but no... another 1-2 week wait now for Development Approval... This stage is apparently for the council to check that the planning approval and building approval have no variation, and all conditions have been met.
How many sorts of approval do we need?!
Anyway, we're feeling very excited as it sounds like they are 'ready to go to site' once that Development Approval comes through!
Yeaaaaayyyyyyyyyy!
